Terms of service

You can use growthkit to manage your own business's relationships and campaigns. Don't use it to scrape other platforms, send unsolicited bulk messages, or violate creators' platform terms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

You own everything you put in. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service (store, display to you, backup).

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee zero downtime. The service is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect damages.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
