These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and application (the "Service") provided by GoodBuzz ("goodbuzz", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you accept on its behalf.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. See our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the data and content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights and consents necessary to use it (including any personal data of third parties you store).

4. Subscriptions, billing & taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation & termination

You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any growth, revenue, or marketing results will be achieved. See the Disclaimer.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law & disputes
