This Privacy Policy explains how GoodBuzz ("goodbuzz", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our websites and application (the "Service"). We aim to comply with the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA), Canada's PIPEDA, Brazil's LGPD, the Australian Privacy Act, and other applicable laws.

- Content you provide — contacts, products, directories, notes, and other data you enter into your workspace.
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, device/browser, IP address, approximate location, timestamps.

- Communications — messages you send to support.
We do not intentionally collect special-category data and ask that you not store it in the Service.

4. How we share information
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers / subprocessors that host and run the Service (e.g. hosting, database/auth, email delivery, analytics) under contract.
- Authorities, where legally required.
- A successor in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CPRA. A current list of subprocessors is available at [link] or on request.
5. International transfers
We may process data outside your country. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum.
6. Retention

9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security. No method is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us for deletion.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy and will post the new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
