You may not
- Break the law or facilitate illegal activity.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/ePrivacy) when using the Service to contact people.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
- Probe, scan, or load-test the Service without permission, or circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security controls.
- Scrape or harvest data beyond what your own account is entitled to.
- Store another person's sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and necessary consents.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others, or to post hateful or abusive content.
- Engage in deceptive marketing — including fake reviews, sockpuppet accounts, or buying engagement — or violate the rules of any third-party platform you reach through the Service.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without authorization.
Your responsibilities
- Comply with all platform rules (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, review sites) and disclosure laws (e.g. FTC endorsement guides) when conducting outreach.
- Keep your credentials secure and your account contact information current.
- Obtain the rights and consents needed for any data you store.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report to authorities. We may change this AUP; continued use means you accept the changes.
